I recently translated the Hyvity website into English. This company contributes to the generation of clean electricity through its regional hydropower developments. I worked closely with the client to really understand the company’s mission in order to accurately convey it in English.

- Saka Saka: South of the Sahara – Adventures in African Cooking (208 pages), Gabonese chef Anto Cocagne presents unique food journey that introduces the best pan-African recipes. There was a significant amount of research involved in terms of ingredients. This project was completed using Adobe Indesign files.
- Japanese Home Cooking (272 pages), it was a joy to complete a project that allowed me to draw on my personal interest (cooking), experience (living in France and Japan) and expertise (French to English translation and Adobe Indesign skills).
- Bao Family Cookbook (272 pages), It was a delight to discover Celine Chung’s story and dishes reworked for her modern Chinese restaurants in Paris and everyday cooks.
- Korean Home Cooking (220 pages), An wonderful deep dive into Korean cooking through the experiences of Jina Jung as a cook and caterer in Korea as well as in France, where she has lived since 2010.
- Cocktails and canapes: A bright and fun book that makes crafting cocktails and mocktails as breeze!
- Thai Home Cooking (272 pages), My son often requests the 'spicy noodles' from this book that contains everything you need to enjoy delicious, easy and authentic Thai cuisine at home.
- The World of Rum (to be published in 2025)
- Without Model think-tank publications such as Mapping Open Models and the e-book Open Models.
- Le Courrier Australien Collector’s edition volume 1 and 2, book retracing the history of the French presence in Australia and the exceptional friendship that exists between France and Australia on many levels.

- Publications du think-tank Without Model, telles que Mapping the Open Models et Open Models (livre numérique). (245 pages), livre retraçant l’histoire de la présence française en Australie et l’exceptionnelle amitié qui existe entre la France et l’Australie à de nombreux niveaux.
- Gouts d’Afrique (208 pages). À travers ce livre illustré de superbes photos, le chef gabonais Anto Cocagne nous invite à un voyage gourmand unique en nous présentant les meilleures recettes panafricaines. Traduire ce livre et ses recettes appétissantes fut un réel plaisir. Cela a nécessité un important travail de recherche sur les ingrédients et de cohérence terminologique. J’ai incontestablement appris beaucoup de choses sur la culture africaine. Pour cette traduction, je me suis servie d’Adobe Indesign, utilisant ainsi à nouveau mes compétences en matière de publication assistée par ordinateur.
- Cuisine Japonaise Maison (Japanese Home Cooking, 272 pages). C’est avec plaisir que j’ai traduit ce livre agrémenté de superbes photographies. Réaliser cette traduction m’a donné l’occasion de mettre à profit un centre d’intérêt personnel (la cuisine), mon expérience (j’ai vécu en France et au Japon) et mon expertise (traduction du français vers l’anglais en utilisant Adobe Indesign). L’auteure, Maori Murota, partage les recettes traditionnelles de la cuisine japonaise familiale de son enfance, ainsi que ses propres recettes originales inspirées des cuisines étrangères.
